The low profile and durable design of the TU10 eliminates the problem of weak tuner heads that can easily break off where it attaches to the clip. The battery life on this device is amazing. It has been known to last years on one battery. The battery it uses is Panasonic CR 2032 3V. It works great on seven string guitars. Standard Boss functionality with Accu-Pitch, flat tuning up to five semitones. The Boss Chromatic clip on is a high rez tuner and comes in many colors. This clip is very durable and the clips are smooth and soft so it will not damage your guitar. This clip has a finer resolution and will go as high as E5 this makes it useful for calibration the intonation of the bridge.

We Love the Boss TU-10! I have 2 of these tuners. Simple to utilize, exceptionally visible display is easy to understand.  (in any event, when the majority of the stage lights go down it is incredibly visible). The constructed is tough and I especially enjoy the clasp/spring that attaches to the instrument.  As far as I can tell, these tuners have amazing battery life! I recently purchased the Petterson strobe cut on at a greater expense and yet was unsatisfied.   The chromatic element of the TU 10 is extraordinary in light of the fact that I don't need to press extra buttons to choose an alternate tuning "mode" in the event that I need to utilize open turnings or tune each string down a semi-tone. I've utilized my first TU-10 about ordinarily for a long time and it is  solid! I would  highly recommend!
